1. How do I attach the Dummy Clip to my child's dummy? 

Loop the cord through the hole found on the dummy and then secure it with a slipknot. Alternatively, you can watch how to do a slipknot via youtube.

2. Can I polish the metal clips?

It is possible that our metal clips will scratch over time through wear and tear. You can polish the metal clips by using either a magic eraser or baking soda.

3. Are Sienna Designs Co products safe?

Absolutely! All of our products have been safety tested by a UKAS Accredited Testing House, and comply with both the EN 71 (Parts 1,2, & 3) as well as a the BSEN 12586:2007.

All of our silicone designs are made from non-toxic, food-grade silicone which is BPA, Lead, Cadmium, Phthalates, PVC and Latex free. 

All of our wooden teething rings and beads are made from 100% natural beech wood. Beech wood is a hard wood that does not splinter. Not only that, the wood is also long-lasting & shock resistant. All of our wooden rings and beads are individually coated with organic coconut oil, which not only preserves and seals the wood but also acts as a natural antibacterial too.

4. Can I sterilise these products?

No, you must not sterilise our teething rings or dummy clips. All products can be cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth. Please do not submerge the beech wood in water. Please also note that our silicone beads do not absorb any odours nor do they promote the growth of mould, fungus or bacteria, making them perfectly safe for your little one.

 5. The beech wooden ring(s)/beads need retreating, how do I go about this?

Should your beech wooden ring(s)/beads need retreating, you can simply sand the wood down and apply organic coconut oil or any food-grade oil and they will look as good as new.
